Ernie Miller's Cut-Rate Store
Main & Third St. - Elmira, NY
1930 - 1954

Ernie Miller's corner store and soda fountain was a place where every customer was a friend. You could buy candy, nuts, notions, patent medicine, perfume, jewelry, magazines, greeting cards, newspapers, and - of course - ice cream ! You could get a cherry phosphate for a nickel or a banana split for 50 cents.
